What we offer

During my research I could develop a prototype that should work nicely in a start up. Currently, a patent process is on-going with TUM that should be a great starting point for a unique selling point and initial funding.

Challenges

The current challenges are to find and get to know co-founders (for a team of 2-3). Apply for "EXIST Forschungstransfer". The funding reasults in 2-4 full-time positions for 1.5 years to develop the product and covers material expenses. Application takes 5-6 month to complete. Finish my PhD in the next 5 months. Start working on the startup mid 2025.

Our Story

I am a researcher at TUM doing my PhD in Informatics. My research is based on measureing and modeling large computer networks like the Internet. I find Content-Delivery-Networks (CDNs) fascinating because they managed to commericialized the low-level workings of our Internet by identifying sub-optimal aspects, optimize them, and provide the optimization as a service. During my time at university I developed a prototype and worked on a paper to realize my vision of an own startup.
